The full rehabilitation of an apartment in an old building in Belém
An apartment of around 95 m² in Belém, Lisbon. A full rehabilitation that started with the structure before moving on to the interiors — works in progress, with a planned duration of 3 months.
Starting with the basics
The works began with the structure: opened-up ceilings and a reviewed timber structure, to secure a solid base before any finishes.
Floors and insulation
The floors were rebuilt and the insulation improved, preparing the apartment for the comfort of a modern home.
Interiors and bespoke furniture
The next stage takes the project to the interiors and the bespoke furniture. The photos show the works in progress.
